Team up and have the best summer of your life bringing youth and families to Christ. We are looking for faith-filled, hardworking high school seniors and college students who love community, prayer, joy, and deep outdoor adventure.

Our Roles

From counselors in the cabins to staff providing meals and medical care, every role serves as a vital piece of one body, uniting their unique talents to love, serve, and lead our campers closer to God.

    Lead Counselors

    Lead Counselors lead a cabin of campers on their Christian walk, directly guiding them through daily activities, Bible studies, and prayer. At meals and in the evenings, they team up with Sherpa counselors to care for and pour into every camper.

    Sherpa Counselors

    Sherpa counselors keep camp running by leading specialized activities—like archery, ropes, and waterfront—and handling essential behind-the-scenes tasks. When they aren't managing a camp activity, they team up with an LCO to support and spend time with a cabin.

    Blue Team

    Modeled after Mary, Blue Team consists of experienced, returning staff invited to direct, support, and animate the camp's mission. They oversee key areas like the kitchen, waterfront, and media, while serving as a go-to source of leadership and support for the rest of the staff.

    Med Corps

    The Med Corps cares for the acute physical, mental, and emotional needs of both campers and staff. Operating under a Registered Nurse, they administer basic medical care, dispense medications, and handle risk assessment and emergency situations.

    Kitchen Directors

    Kitchen directors manage food preparation and service for around 250 people, working alongside Sherpa counselors to provide three daily meals and snacks for campers and staff.
