Retreat Season Options

Between August and May, we have multiple ways for you to experience Prairie Star Ranch. Which option is right for you?

    Programmed Retreats

    If you are looking for a turnkey retreat experience for your group, our programmed retreats offer a ready-made, transformative option. Select one of our four retreat options, and our Retreat Team Missionaries will program and facilitate your group’s experience.

    Rent Our Space

    If you are interested in finding the perfect destination for your group’s retreat, look no further. From early August through mid May, groups can utilize our versatile indoor spaces and grounds, reserve some of our high adventure activities, as well as make use of our catering options.

The Retreat Planning Process

Interested in making PSR your destination? Here is your map through the planning process and what you can expect.

Reach Out to Us

Contact our team to check on availability, lay out your vision, and discover the many possibilities for your retreat.

Iron Out the Details

Let's settle on some key details such as your retreat dates and type. Then we can send out your contract and deposit request.

Secure Your Spot

Once we have received your signed contract and deposit, your spot on the calendar will be solidified.

Tie Up Loose Ends

Your missionary host will work with you to finalize all retreat details, such as the schedule and paperwork, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Come On Down

Upon arrival your missionary host will greet you and help you get settled in for your retreat.

Until Next Time…

Following your retreat you'll receive an invoice by email that reflects all final charges. Want to rebook for next time? Let us know your preferred dates.
