To make registration as smooth as possible, registration opens for each camp session over three consecutive Tuesdays. All registrations open at 9 a.m. CST.

CampWise is our online registration system. New families can create an account, while returning families can simply sign in.

Complete your registration and pay the required $100 nonrefundable deposit or pay in full to reserve your camper’s spot.

Secure Your Spot
Deposit & Payment
A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your camper's spot. Remaining balances are due May 1. Registrations completed after May 1 require payment in full.

Plans change
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations include a $100 nonrefundable fee. After May 1, refunds are available only when your camper's spot can be filled from the waitlist.

When camp fills
Waitlists & Availability
When a session fills, families may join the waitlist. Campers registered for one session may not also join the waitlist for another session.

Camp is better together
Bunkmate Requests
You may request one bunkmate during registration. Mutual requests are the best way for us to place campers together, though bunkmate requests cannot be guaranteed.
Need Help Paying for Camp?
Camp should be within reachWe want every young person to have the opportunity to experience Camp Kateri Tekakwitha. Need-based financial assistance is available for families when the cost of camp would otherwise stand in the way.

All remaining camp balances are due May 1. Registrations completed after May 1 require payment in full at the time of registration.

Yes. During registration, you may request one bunkmate for your camper. For the best chance of being placed together, both campers should request one another. While we do our best to honor mutual requests, bunkmate placements cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Bunkmate requests can be updated through CampWise until two weeks before your camper's session.

You may join the waitlist for a full session. A camper who is already registered for one session may not also be placed on the waitlist for another.

The $100 registration deposit is nonrefundable. For cancellations after May 1, a refund of payments beyond the deposit is available only if we are able to fill your camper’s spot from the waitlist. Because many camp expenses are committed in advance, illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund. Refund requests must be made within two weeks of the close of your camper’s scheduled session.

Yes. If your parish is contributing toward registration, please coordinate with your parish and our registration team (registration@psrcatholic.org) to make sure payment is received by the May 1 deadline.

No. If your family has registered for Camp Kateri Tekakwitha before, please use your existing CampWise account. If you have trouble accessing your account, do not create a new one. Instead, use the account recovery options in CampWise or contact CampWise Technical Support for assistance.
