Instead of adult enrichment only, we’re making this offering for the whole family. While the focus is on navigating mental wellness, the topic of suicide will be included. We suggest a minimum age of 10, but decide whatever is best for your family.; We plan to have a breakout opportunity for teens as well as pre-teens. This offering is presented through a Catholic lens, but all denominations and beliefs are welcome to attend.
